Operational Bottlenecks Before Odoo ERP

During flash sales and marketing campaigns, Gadgetflix experienced stock discrepancies between online web orders and physical warehouse stock, causing overselling on popular mobile accessories. Warehouse personnel also spent 4+ hours daily manually creating waybills across multiple courier portals.

Engineered Solution & Technical Approach

Implemented Odoo 19 Community for Gadgetflix with dynamic stock reservation that creates reserved stock move lines upon cart checkout, preventing duplicate claims. Built a direct courier API connector that auto-generates AWB numbers and 4x6" thermal shipping labels upon delivery validation, alongside server-side Facebook Conversions API (CAPI) for lossless ad tracking.
