Deployed Odoo 20 Community with a custom OWL-based Kitchen Order Display (KDS) system, real-time table dining timers, local ESC/POS network printer bridge, and an executive operations dashboard tracking live covers, order turnaround speed, and end-of-session cash reconciliations.
